The high-end watch brand is offering a special deal on its new luxury timepiece…
In keeping with its name, a new Speedmaster timepiece from Omega is likely to sell out in breakneck speeds. The storied watch brand is allowing shoppers to reserve a limited-edition “Speedy Tuesday” model by clicking a link advertised on its official Instagram page.
From there, shoppers can reserve one of the 2,012 models in stock. The watches will be delivered in the summer of 2017, meaning you won’t get them quite as fast.
While the mechanical watch looks timeless, its design flares are actually quite unique. The Speedy Tuesday is the first-ever Omega watch to mimic the design of the 1978 “Speedmaster Alaska III” model, which was produced for NASA with anti-reflective materials, a matte stainless steel case and radial subdials with enlarged numerals.
What’s more, the markings and subdials, organized into a “reverse panda” design, light up in the dark for 24/7 visibility.
Available in a multitude of straps, the high-end luxury watches are now going fast on Omega’s website for $6,500.
